01What exactly do you do?
In short: we turn your idea into a real place to live or work in. Architectural and interior design, fit-out from shell to handover, and shop drawings for contractors and consultants. Villa, apartment, office or shop — we are with you from the first sketch to the keys.
02Where do you work?
We are based in Dammam and Al Khobar and cover the whole Eastern Province on site — and we work in Egypt too. Anywhere else, design and drawings run fully online.
03I only have a small apartment or one room — is that OK?
Absolutely. It does not have to be a palace — a bedroom, a kitchen, a majlis or even one corner. Every space deserves to be done right, and small spaces often need the most thought.
04Will I see it before it is built?
Of course. You get 3D renders of every corner before a single nail goes in, and we revise until it is exactly what you want.
05How is the cost worked out?
It depends on the area and the scope: design only, design plus supervision, or full delivery. Send us the area and a few photos on WhatsApp and we send back a clear, itemised quote — no surprises, no hidden items. And the first consultation is on us.
06How long does it take?
It depends on size — a room or an apartment moves much faster than a full villa. What matters is that we agree a clear schedule on day one, stick to it, and keep you updated as we go.
07Do you follow the build, or design only?
Whoever draws it follows it on site. We supervise, track the contractor and the materials, and hand over with you item by item. Have a contractor? We work with them. Don't? We help you choose.
08I am a contractor or a company — do you do shop drawings and technical office work?
Yes — that is home ground. Shop drawings, submittals, quantity take-off and consultant coordination, with experience on large jobs such as a 16-school programme in the Eastern Province and a residential & office complex in Al-Khafji. We can be your technical office without you hiring a full team.
