Who we are
TAAQ Studio is an interior design, fit-out and technical-office studio based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. We are the controller of the personal data that reaches us through this website and our contact channels.

What we collect
Contact form: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email (optional), project type and the project details you write. Name, phone and details are required so that we can reply.
WhatsApp: your number and WhatsApp name, the content of the conversation, and any photos or drawings you send us.
The “Design your room” tool: your choices are made inside your browser and only reach us if you press “Send” and share them with us on WhatsApp.
Usage data: device and browser type, the pages you visit and how long you stay. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without tracking individuals. Only after your consent do we run Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (details in the cookies section below).
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a technical proposal or arrange a site visit.
To carry out our agreement if we work together.
To understand how the site is used and improve it — only after you accept analytics cookies.
No marketing messages unless you give a separate, explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Legal basis
Your consent: for analytics cookies and any marketing messages.
Performing your request or our contract: replying to enquiries, preparing proposals and delivering projects.
Legal obligations: such as keeping project documents and invoices for the period the law requires.
All of this follows the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.
Who sees your data
We never sell your data. Parts of it reach the service providers the site runs on: Netlify (hosting and the contact form), Cloudflare (performance and analytics), Google (Google Analytics after your consent), Microsoft (Clarity after your consent) and Meta (WhatsApp).
Some of these providers keep their servers outside the Kingdom, so your data may be transferred and stored outside Saudi Arabia. We choose providers that follow recognised data-protection standards and send them as little as possible.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a project: at most 24 months, then deleted.
Project documents and contracts: for the period required by accounting and commercial regulations.
Analytics data: according to each tool's settings (Google Analytics keeps visitor reports for 14 months).
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time.
Send your request to info@taaqstudio.com and we reply within 30 days at most.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Cookies
Essential: we store only your chosen language and your cookie choice in your browser. These track nobody and are sent to no one.
Analytics (only after you accept): Google Analytics counts visits, pages and clicks on contact buttons, and Microsoft Clarity shows how people move around a page while hiding anything typed into form fields. If you decline, neither tool loads at all.
You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of any page.
Final notes
This site is intended for adults. If we learn that a child has sent us personal data, we delete it.
If we change this policy, the date above changes.
